🔁 Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Customized or special-order items
• Discounted or promotional items (if stated clearly)

🔄 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash / Bank / Card).

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover shipping costs.
• Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

🔁 রিটার্ন পলিসি

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের জন্য নিম্নলিখিত রিটার্ন পলিসি প্রযোজ্য:

✅ রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী

• পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
• পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।
• ইনভয়েস বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে। 

❌ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

• ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
• কাস্টমাইজড বা অর্ডার অনুযায়ী তৈরি পণ্য
• ডিসকাউন্ট বা অফার প্রোডাক্ট (যদি আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে)

🔄 রিফান্ড পলিসি

• রিটার্ন যাচাইয়ের পর ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
• রিফান্ড পেমেন্ট মেথড অনুযায়ী দেওয়া হবে (bKash / Bank / Card)।

🚚 রিটার্ন শিপিং

• যদি আমাদের ভুলে (wrong / defective product) হয়, তাহলে শিপিং খরচ আমরা বহন করব।
• অন্য ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমারকে শিপিং খরচ বহন করতে হবে।
